Delivery time
Because of high order volume, delivery can take up to 14 days from the date you place your order. Please keep this in mind when you order.

Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation. It includes tracking information when the carrier provides it.

Shipping costs
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout, before you pay.

Your shipping address
Please check that the address you enter at checkout is correct. If you need to change it, email us as soon as you can at support@stridewells.com. We cannot always change an address after an order has shipped.

Customs, duties and taxes
If your order ships to a different country, the destination country may charge import duties or taxes. These charges are not included in our prices and are your responsibility.

Late, lost or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived after 14 days, or it arrives damaged, email us at support@stridewells.com with your order number and we will look into it.
